We’re blending luxury comfort, immersive culture, and unforgettable experiences without the rigidity of an all-inclusive resort. 1. What airport should I fly into?

You should fly into Tocumen International Airport (PTY) in Panama City. Round-trip airport transportation to and from the hotel is included.

2. Are flights included in the price?

No. Flights are not included. This allows guests flexibility to book flights using their preferred airline, miles, or travel times.

3. Is travel insurance required?

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.

4. What is the cancellation and refund policy?

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Additional payments are subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the booking agreement. No refunds will be issued for unused services or missed activities.

5. What happens if I choose double occupancy but don’t have a roommate?

Guests booking double occupancy are responsible for securing their roommate. If a roommate is not confirmed or drops out of the trip by the final payment date, the reservation will be adjusted to the single occupancy rate or you may be able to join with another solo traveler.

6. How active is this trip?

This trip is considered moderately active. Activities include walking tours, a yacht excursion, and optional nightlife. There is also ample free time for rest and relaxation.

7. Is this trip women-only?

This experience is curated with women travelers in mind and is intended to foster a fun, supportive group dynamic.

8. What should I pack?

Lightweight clothing, swimwear, comfortable walking shoes, sun protection, and dressy outfits for dinners and nightlife are recommended.

9. Will we have free time?

Yes. The itinerary is intentionally designed with free time so you can relax, explore independently, or opt into additional experiences.

10. Who is hosting this trip?

This trip is hosted by Me, Jackie from Jet Setting with Jackie, who will be on-site to coordinate experiences and support the group throughout the journey
