- Remaining balance will be divided into monthly payments, with final payment due May 30.
- By completing this booking, you agree to the payment plan, cancellation policy, and roommate agreement outlined on this page.
- Flights are not included. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Prices are quoted based on a group rate. Therefore cancellation could affect the overall expenses for the group. Based on this please review the below information carefully before booking.
- All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Payments made toward this trip group activities are non-refundable if cancelled after the 45 day final payment deadline.
- Hotel payments are refundable 3 days prior to arrival
- If you must cancel, any payments already made towards group activities will be forfeited.
- No group activity refunds will be issued due to:
- Missed flights
- Missed activities or excursions
- Early departures
- Weather-related disruptions
- Personal emergencies
- This trip operates rain or shine.
- In the unlikely event the trip is canceled by the host, all payments made excluding non-recoverable expenses will be refunded.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.
Roommate Agreement
Guests selecting double occupancy acknowledge and agree to the following:
You are responsible for securing your own roommate.
Both roommates must submit deposits and payments on time.
If your roommate cancels or fails to complete payments, you are responsible for covering the balance.
If a roommate is not confirmed by the final payment deadline or drops out of the trip by the final payment date, the reservation will be adjusted to the single occupancy rate or you may be able to join with another solo traveler.
Roommate conflicts are the responsibility of the guests.
By booking double occupancy, you accept these terms in full.

This journey is guided and curated by JET Setting with Jackie. While care has been taken to design a thoughtful and supportive experience, participants are responsible for their personal needs, decisions, and well-being throughout the trip.
This is not a therapy retreat, medical service, or concierge experience. Mutual respect, emotional self-awareness, and flexibility are essential for a positive group dynamic.
